We stayed 1 night and it was a great fit. The staff was nice, they were always available. This location was marvellous, right by communal areas and local restaurants and clubs and nightclubs in the area. Had tea and goodies at Everyday Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the hotel. Everything was simply good.

The hotel was in a great location by the sea and offered wonderful views. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the room service was a nice added bonus. the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, with attentive service. we enjoyed having the option of both above and underground parking.
There was construction work happening and hammers could be heard at 3 pm.

The hotel was centrally located and close to all the bars and nightlife. The room was spacious with a good view. The bathroom was clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast and other meals were tasty and reasonably priced.
The staff was not very attentive and seemed to be absent most of the time.

i travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels world wide, but this hotel far surpasses anything i stayed in Lebanon. i would give the hotel with its staff, service, location and cleanliness a first rate. The breakfast buffet was fresh and represented everything that is Lebanese oriental food; to add to that there was also a selection of international food for breakfast to be chosen from. The housekeeping service was by far the quickest to respond to all requests and attention to details towards cleanliness is by far the best in the area in Jounieh. all in all i would recommend this hotel and shall definetly come back to this hotel.

very good location, hotel inside decoration is remarkable, house keeping service was fast and clean, the room view was a part of heaven, room price is reasonable.. next summer i think i can go there again
only one and a half point:1-the reception stuff were not too friendly---even you have to eat only what they r serving in breakfast (no open buffet) but it is still very tasty
